JERSEY SHORE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 23, 2003--Ronald A. Walko, President and Chief Executive Officer of Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ:PWOD) has announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a 10 percent stock dividend.

This stock dividend is payable October 30, 2003 to shareholders of record October 15, 2003.
