YORK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 2003--The board of directors
of York International Corporation (NYSE:YRK) declared the regular
quarterly dividend of fifteen cents per share on the common stock of
the company.
The dividend is payable September 26, 2003, to stockholders of
record at the close of business on September 17, 2003.
