| Centerprise Advisors, Inc. Appoints James B. McGuire as CEO
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 4, 2003--Centerprise Advisors, Inc., the nation's 14th largest accounting, tax and consulting firm, has named James B. McGuire as the firm's President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McGuire is responsible for leading the strategic direction, integration and performance of Centerprise Advisors, a leading provider of accounting, tax and consulting services to middle market companies, government and not-for-profit organizations. Based in Chicago, Centerprise has 22 offices and 1,100 professionals in the U.S., with affiliates in more than 40 major business centers throughout the world. Before joining Centerprise, Mr. McGuire served as Executive Vice President of BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting), a publicly traded, global leader in professional services. Prior to his role at BearingPoint, Mr. McGuire served KPMG Consulting as its Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman for both its U.S. Consulting business and its Global Consulting business. Under Mr. McGuire's leadership, KPMG's Global Consulting business achieved $4 billion in total professional services revenue.
