Winning Powerball Numbers

DES MOINES, Iowa, July 10 (UPI) -- Two tickets, one sold in Missouri and the other in Pennsylvania, won Wednesday's $261.3 million Powerball jackpot.

Both winners will have to decide if they want 29-year annuity or the cash option worth $73.6 million each. The tickets holders will have 60 days after the tickets are validated to make that decision.

The $261.3 million dollar jackpot is the fourth largest Powerball jackpot in history and the largest lottery jackpot in the world this year.

In addition to the jackpot winners, 3,005,003 players across the nation won a total of more than $21,578,510 million in prizes.

The winning numbers were: 19, 21, 26, 31 and 51, and the Powerball was 40. The Power Play multiplier was 3.

The 18-draw jackpot run started May 10. During this run, 12.7 million Powerball players won approximately $89.5 million in cash prizes.

Players purchased more than 118 million tickets between Sunday and Wednesday night.
