"Great Games - Great People" -- is the first principle at Atronic and at the same time an obligation. It is practiced at the company's headquarters in Lbbecke, as well as in the Austrian development and production centers, at the US company headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, as well as in the branches in London, Johannesburg, Peru and Melbourne. This company philosophy is the basis of the success to date -- and that was also officially confirmed this year! In February this year, Atronic was chosen as one of the top 25 employers in Austria. Only a few weeks later, the European commission selected Atronic as one of the 100 most attractive employers in the European Union. These are "birthday presents" which provide both stimulus and confirmation. For the company manager and team chief of Atronic, Michael Gauselmann, it is not only the innovations and the company's success that stand in the foreground! Outstanding performances of a company presuppose for him an equally fantastic team of employees. "Great Games - Great People" a strategy that apparently has proved itself and has gained public recognition. New North American headquarters inaugurated For Atronic, the anniversary year is not, however, only a reason for a celebration -- it is also an important year for the future of the company. The course is set for expansion. After the development center in Unterpremsttten near Graz (Austria) officially started operations in 2002, in April this year the ground-breaking ceremony was held for the extension of central production facilities in neighboring Grob St. Florian. In the last few days the United States of America became the focal point of the company's interest. In Scottsdale near Phoenix in the US federal state of Arizona the new company headquarters for North America was ceremonially inaugurated and officially started operations. The Board of Management and Supervisory Board of Gauselmann AG were delighted to accept the invitation of Michael Gauselmann to the USA, in order to pay their respects to the company group's "latest baby." Atronic America has invested around 8.1 million Dollars in the new company headquarters. In just seven months an architecturally interesting building was thus created which, in total space of 9,200 square meters, provides the long yearned-for home for sales, marketing, research including game design, development, administration, buying, warehouse and production for the North American market and Canada. Here, up to 230 employees can in future make their contribution to the worldwide success of Atronic. Rolf Klug who is the manager responsible for Atronic America, is looking forward alongside Michael Gauselmann to the future challenges. The Atronic team is certain that with the new building the organizational and logistic preconditions have been created for Atronic America to continue to consolidate and extend in the North American casino market in future.
