| Shove sends Astros' Kent out for two games
NEW YORK, Aug 5 (AFP) - Houston Astros second baseman Jeff Kent was suspended two games and fined an undisclosed amount by Major League Baseball here on Tuesday for his actions in a July 26 game against the Chicago Cubs. Kent was ejected in the sixth inning by plate umpire Matt Hollowell after arguing a call on a checked swing. While disputing his ejection, Kent shoved Astros manager Jimy Williams into Hollowell.
