Catalyst will be held August 25-28, 2003 at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes Resort, in Orlando. Each year representatives from hundreds of financial institutions of all sizes from around the world gather at Catalyst to gain insight into leveraging their technology investments to generate more revenue, reduce operating costs and enhance customer retention.

This year's Diamond sponsor is IBM, who is participating in Wednesday's general panel session "Making the Most of Customer Relationships."
