| E&S Announces Teaming Agreements with Leaders in Russian Simulation
SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 28, 2003--Evans & Sutherland Computer Corp. (E&S(R)) (NASDAQ: ESCC) has entered into teaming agreements with the Russian Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute (TsAGI) and Penza Simulation Design Co., E&S announced today. Under the terms of the agreements, the companies will work together to introduce E&S' advanced visual simulation technologies to the Russian training market as well as to other countries currently using Russian aircraft. In addition to simulators for new aircraft programs, the team will upgrade existing simulators. Major simulation programs currently active include the Mil-8 helicopter and transport aircraft. The companies will also work together on civil aviation projects. As part of the new teaming arrangement, E&S recently demonstrated the company's Harmony(R) 2 image generator this week on the TsAGI stand at the Moscow Air Show.
