| Bush says Baathists and foreign terrorists behind recent attacks
WASHINGTON, Oct 28 (AFP) - US President George W. Bush said Tuesday that he believes Baathists and foreign terrorists are behind the recent wave of bombings that have struck Iraq. "I would assume that they are either, or and probably both Baathists and foreign terrorists," Bush said during a White House press conference.
