Vivica A. Fox was released from jail March 21 after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police in Hollywood, California took the 42-year-old actress into custody March 20, after clocking her at more than 125 kilometers per hour on the Hollywood Freeway. She was arrested after a breathalyzer test indicated her blood alcohol exceeded the legal limit of .08 percent.
