After earlier wins this season in Berlin and Rome, Mauresmo overwhelmed the unseeded Likhovtseva 6-1, 6-0 on Sunday.
The beginning of the match was delayed 50 minutes by a shower, although they played mostly in warm sunshine.
The 28-year-old Likhovtseva had dropped to number 39 coming into the Rogers Cup. But she is expected to move up several slots in the rankings after beating several seeds on her way to the final.
